EGLE kicks off Career Fair season at Michigan universities
Fall college recruiting season is quickly approaching, and the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) is ready to meet, greet and educate students on the careers and internship opportunities the department has to offer.
EGLE will be represented by 28 staff members from the following divisions: Air Quality, Drinking Water and Environmental Health, Materials Management, Remediation and Redevelopment, and Water Resources at the following career fairs and college events:

- Northern Michigan University All Major Fall Career Fair

* These events are new formats supported by the Statewide Recruitment Committee to get multiple State of Michigan departments in front of students and staff to clarify job titles, the application process and how to leverage the information provided on all job postings. The colleges will market to the students whose areas of study fit best with the departments represented. This type of event allows the State of Michigan to better educate and inform the students about opportunities and careers and provides time for students and staff to ask questions.
