Pinnacle MEP Holdings Appoints Henry Lees-Buckley as Chief Executive Officer

Pinnacle MEP Holdings, a leading provider of mechanical services and a portfolio company of Blue Point Capital Partners, today announced the appointment of Henry Lees-Buckley as Chief Executive Officer, effective today.

Lees-Buckley is a highly respected executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in service and distribution businesses across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Known for building high-performance teams and driving transformative growth, he brings a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, business integration, operational improvement, and business development.

Most recently, Lees-Buckley served as CEO of Smart Care Solutions, where he spearheaded aggressive expansion through multiple acquisitions, profitability growth, and implemented key sales, operational, and digital initiatives to support national growth. His leadership contributed to the development of a high-performing, customer-centric organization spanning climate and foodservice verticals. He has also held senior leadership and board roles at D&H United Fueling Solutions, Building Materials Co., BuildDirect, Uni-Select Inc., and WW Grainger.
